At Digital Age Adventure, we value transparency, fairness, and long-term client relationships. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for all our digital services, including web design, development, SEO, and maintenance packages.
๐ Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Start:
- Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of payment if no work has begun. A full refund will be issued.
- After Project Commencement:
- If the project is already in progress, cancellation is possible but only partial refunds will be provided based on the work completed.
- Deposits or advance payments made for booking a slot or reserving resources are non-refundable.
- Monthly Plans & Subscriptions:
- Clients can cancel any monthly recurring plan (e.g., SEO, maintenance) at any time. Services will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
- Client Inactivity:
- If the client is unresponsive for 15 consecutive days, the project may be marked as inactive or paused. No refunds will be given in such cases.

- Eligible Refunds:
- Full refund for duplicate payments or transactions made in error.
- Partial refund if a project is canceled mid-way, depending on work already delivered.
- Refund for non-delivery of service if we fail to start the project as promised and no mutual resolution is reached.
- Non-Eligible Refunds:
- Change of mind after project start
- Delays due to client feedback, assets, or decisions
- Scope changes not covered under the original agreement
- Services provided via third parties (hosting, domain, plugins, etc.)
- Bugs or issues reported after the review/approval phase
- Custom Projects:
- For large or complex projects, an initial deposit is non-refundable. Further refunds (if any) depend on the completion stage.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 working days via the original mode of payment.
