2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete project requirements

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Supply necessary content (text, images, login credentials, etc.)

  • Review work promptly and provide clear feedback

Delays in feedback or asset delivery may affect timelines and will not be grounds for refund.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing is shared upfront via proposals or invoices

  • A deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to begin work

  • Final payment is due before project handover unless otherwise stated

  • Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No refunds are provided for completed work or once services have been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Clients retain ownership of their content (text, images, logos, etc.)

  • Final project files become the client’s property after full payment

  • We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio

All code, design, or templates created by us remain our intellectual property unless a buyout agreement is signed.

6. Timelines & Revisions

  • Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation

  • Minor revisions (2–3 rounds) are included; extra revisions may be charged

  • Delays caused by the client may lead to deadline extensions

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party downtime, limitations, or pricing changes.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information and credentials confidential during and after the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits from website issues or downtime

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Maximum liability, if proven, is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms

  • Abusive behavior or communication is displayed

  • Payment terms are not met

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
